Many Finns also speak English. However, it is still advised to learn Finnish and speak it whenever possible. To help your chances of getting a job you should also learn as much Finnish as possible. While it is not always listed as a requirement for jobs, it should be noted that in most cases it is required, to some degree or another. It opens important doors!
